Daisy has been hanging out at our house for a few weeks now, I guess you could say she is our dog. Of coarse as soon as we start to love her she gets a big huge owie on her foot, that I'm sure is going to come with a big huge vet bill.
Ainsley is Daisys best friend (Ainsley is a really messy eater) and Daisy is Ainsleys best friend (Ainsley finally has someone smaller than her to pick on). It's a love/love relationship!

Darling pictures! I hope Daisy is feeling better. Good thing you took her in--I don't think it would have healed with that foxtail in there. Was it at the oozing part or the part we pricked?
UPDATE:
After a small exploratory surgery (without anesthesia because that adds $100 to the bill) the vet found a foreign object, a piece of a weed, inside her leg. Imagine that happening in the weed nazis yard! So this free dog who is now on antibiotics, anti inflamatorys, pain medication and wearing a sylin cone is a little more pricey than free! (But I'll still give her away free to a good home.)
Mom, the weed was about an inch farther up her leg than the popped part- sick huh! We never would have found it and it never would have healed.
That is so cute that she is hugging the dog! Kaylee is scared to death of jack jack. She crawls to the window going to the backyard and when the dog comes up to see her she starts screaming.
Poor daisy! You're so nice to give her pain meds at least. Don't you think you go to the doctor enough? And now you have another family member to make doctor appointments for. I think you should just start going back to school it might pay off later if you can write you own prescriptions.
